We get reports all the time for troublesome posts, spam, ect.
Just click the graphic to report one.
I already killed the spammer from India that was on a bit ago in the engine swap section.

Yes, I have seen that icon too on some sites.
We are getting a lot of spammers signing and resigning up again multiple times, but most of the time the software traps them from posting again with a new name.
Stupid spammers, do they really think we are going to click their virus/malware infested URLs?
