How about a stickey is made on top of the 4Runner General Tech about "what is the biggest tire I can fit....". There are sooo many threads about it, and it would be MUCH easier for everyone if the info was right there.. Maybe....

I'm glad you brought this up, I've been wondering what is the biggest tire I can run on my stock wheels (but I won't tell you the year or model)

I'd like to run 425/115/16, will they rub much?

Neil,
You're like the 24th person this year to try to get something like this going
I admire your assertiveness but it's definitely going to be hard to get something like this started...

Waskilly started a lift FAQ in the main forum and I stickied it. I think lifts and bigger tires go hand in hand so why don't you guys add to it.

Lots of the lift stuff is here and there. One rig is not identical to another even within the years. Even taking measurements are a wash. I half long since forgotten how much "over stock" I am and my truck is pretty stock.

Put a lift FAQ with specs on components, not lift gained. For instance, Schaefer has 3" of nominal lift but runs 35's. I have seen his trimming and it is not obscene, but others insist you need 4 inches of lift for shiny 32's.

Right now I think it is good to push some conventions, but I also think people need to push the envelope like the Tundra coils and like the 100 series LC coils for the rear.
