Please note that not all suggestions can be implemented due to many things.

Some of the suggestions in the past such as the Quick Reply box happened with our recent upgrade.
Also there is a bug in the upgrade that did no allow viewers to change their text size format from the Internet Explorer toolbar under the View tab.
I did some research into the matter and came up with a workable solution that works very well.
