what coils are you using?

looking into building a coiled 4 link for the rear of my 83 shortbed. And was wondering what kind of coil springs are being used. I do have a set of Jeep TJ coils. But they seem a little too short. Should I just build the buckets a little taller? Or should I use a longer coil? My thinking leans me twords the longer spring for better flex. I'm aiming at a 5 inch lift to match the rears I put up front. This build is still in the planning stages. and I'll probally use the stock frame. This is still gonna be a DD when I'm done. Not just some tubed out buggy that only sees the trails. Any info or advice would be a big help to me.

I have FZJ-80 Cruiser coils.

Aerostar, Camaro and TJ coils and pretty common, especially the Jeep ones since you can get tall, short, light, heavy and a lot in between.

I would search PBB for some good answers on this. People here have done solid axles, but there are not too many who have fabbed rear suspensions.

I'm using Pirate (amongst some books) to gather up some pretty useful knowledge about such a mod. But I haven't found anything about Toyotas and 4 links. I figured that TJ coils were my best bet because of the market on them. Too bad they cost money. I'm looking for some boneyard coils that I can grab for next to nothing. Trying to keep the cost down as much as possible.
