Home made hood scoop

I was thinking of makeing a hood scoop out of aluminum for my 1990 Toyota pick up. I wanted to know if you guys knew of any food plans or ideas for one.

No plans, but the hood scoop/cowl off of a fox body mustan fits good, many of us have them...

Hood scoops are really a person touch item, everyone likes something a little different, look around while your out and if you see something you like run th ethe auto recycler and get it.
As far as food plans, I thinking apple fritters for breakfast, cooked on an outdoor grill.

cut a scoop you like from a different hood and weld it on, it's how I ended up with a 4runner scoop on my Pathfinder

Yeah there is no pick and pulls around here a d I'm not going to find a junked mustang around here anytime soon. Any advice on were exactly to mount it? I've never really looked at one up and close do you jet cut a whole right above yor valve cover. How big of a whole do you need?
