So I just purchased a total chaos long travel gen 2 boxed lower kit and plan on retaining 4wd, my goal for the truck since the front is limited to 12 inches of travel is to have about 16 inches in the rear. But I want to keep the bed and leaves. So obviously a bed cage is in order custom built since I can’t seem to find anything pre built for anything prior to tacomas. My real question comes from wanting to know would I easily be able to get this kind of travel from the rear using deaver 62s or Chevy 63s? And personally what would you do to make the 16 inches attainable in the rear? Most things I find on these trucks is based on flex not pure travel.
