40" light bar + 93 pickup, how?

Purchased a basic 40 inch straight light bar off ebay recently and the mounts it came with are cheesy and will definitely not work and can't find any mounts that will work with a 93 toyota pickup...

After any advice to help get it mounted, don't mind a DIY project just not entirely sure where to start and can't find any posts of people mounting them on trucks this year but always see them on the road on similar trucks.

Thanks for your time in advance!

Before and after pictures of my truck for attention!

Just where do you want to install it??

Maybe give us a clue.

pretty much comes down to building brackets that will work where you need them to .

In the cab ??

In the grill ??

under the front bumper ??

On the roof ??

In the Bed ??

rear of the truck??

On the roof just above the wideshield. Mounted in the door like the attached photo.

Trying to see if theres anyone out there with a similar year truck who has done it and has any tips about how to do so, sorry pretty new to all this.

Thanks

Put it back in the box and send it back. Then get a 30'' and put it on the bumper so it doesn't blind you with the reflection off the hood and windshield and make the well known wind noise and whistle while driving.

get brackets that attach to the bar and have enough space to go into the door jam there or make your own

if making your own it may help to template it out of cardboard then lay flat and cut your metal using the template
youll also have the crease in the cardboard to help with bending them correctly.

bend the brackets to fit in your door jam and drill/rivet them into place

thanks for the responses guys

@amer ill definitely have to use the cardboard idea didnt think of it before, probably gona use some 1/8 steel or metal. hopefully its enough

@e-roc i like the style of the mounts that go on the door just if they were a little smaller. the unique design you have is cool but im dead set on getting mine above my windshield cuz i really like the look of it
