I am looking at converting my 79 4x4 to power steering does anyone know what steering box would work the only ones I can seem to find from around that time are from the Celicas would that work or was there a later model truck that I could just bolt on from

 

Your gonna either need one from a 79-85 pick up or do high steer if you're lifted. But you also need to make sure your engine is compatible with a power steering pump. If I remember correctly some of the 20r heads didn't have the holes drilled to accomadate the pump.

 

Thanks for the info the biggest problem i am having Right now is finding the actual steering box i can buy three pump and hard ware al day but can't find a steering box any where
