It's a tandem axle RV frame, with a cab swap, and the tag axle has been swapped with another live axle (2 differentials). I spoke with the seller for a bit, the duall wheels are the earlier 5 lug rim-to-rim types on both axles, but would make for a neat driver or work truck...
