89 4Runner 22re won’t start

I’m new to this site and thankful for any help. Thought the fuel pump was bad. Installed new pump has pressure off the fitting at the tank and at the cold start injector banjo fitting. Has spark at #1 spark plug and coil wire @ distributor cap. When I try to get a code the light on the dash keeps flashing I stopped at 200 flashes it also stops cranking even though the key is in start mode after it has turned over a few times. I’ve checked fuses and a relay still no start. ECM possibly? Thank you for any advice or what to check.

I’m thinking they are because the plugs are wet but I will now check them Thanks!

Thank you first off. I hadn’t even thought of the injectors. Would they all fail at once and is the fuel pressure regulator also failing. How do I test the injectors without being able to start turns over fine but not start. Lots of questions here . Very much appreciate your help and response.

Do you need a special tool to release the electrical plug on the throttle position sensor? I’m trying to do an ohm continuity test. Thank you for a response.
