06 tacoma cranks but doesnt start when cold. pulled the vaccum line off the throttle body and sprayed starting fluid and it start fine and continues to start fine as long as it is warm. is there a cold start injector i could be missing? what else could it be? hooked up a scan tool and coolant temp sensor reads ambient temp.

 

did you check the fuses ?
