Piaa

Theres little to say but AWESOME

I had some issues when installing my PIAA 525's turns out that my switch was bad....so they sent me an entire new harness for no charge. after helping me on the phone for 30min with a very friendly and helpful person. After installing the new harness today i realized that the lamps are wired wrong from the bulb and i emailed them about it.

About an hour later they emailed me back for my shipping address so they could replace one of my lamps for no charge!

i know that these ligths have a lifetime warranty but few companies will ever honor it, espeicaly as painlessly as PIAA has.

PIAA lights may be a little expensive but their AMAZING customer service is worth the price!

I must agree. I'm a dealer for them and they take care of their customers just as well as their dealers. Good customer service is a needle in the haystack these days.

Not to be "that guy" but this thread could probably help others better in vendor feedback;

I ordered all my wipers from PIAA directly, awesome prices and service. I use only PIAA, TOYOTA and RAYBRIG lights all over my truck.
