I had high expectations going into this when I first called Crutchfield. All I wanted to get were speaker adapter brackets because I bought some 6-1/2" speakers for my 95 4Runner off eBay (which is probably the most nerve wracking place to buy any audio products by the way) its eBay you cant trust anyone on there... but anyways back to Crutchfield, They handled my call very professionally and they guy even gave me free shipping. Im extremly broke so that was definatly a PLUS. Also they sent me installation details for everything and I actually learned some stuff about my 4 runner that i didnt know before by looking at the diagrams.
