Time for new shocks

Ive got about 100k on my shocks right now so its about time to upgrade. I want to just go ahead and put some OME's N91s shocks on because im going to lift later. Do you kno if any local tire shops would carry OME.

DO you think OME N91s "medium" shocks are gonna be to long for a stock 4runner?
