80 series springs in a 3rd gen?

You guys know of anybody running 80 series LC springs in the rear of their 3rd gen?

If so, what are their lift results?

Just curious, b/c I have a stock set in the garage!

Thanks-

J

I would sell them or swap them for a set out of a 100 series.

I am using 80 series in my 95. They fit the bottom coil bucket perfectly, but the top is a little larger.

Are you thinking of using your LC coils for the SAS on your 3rd gen? That would be too sweet, hope you can make that work.

Exactly... I was hoping to use front and rear...

My question was geared mainly toward the rear...

I would sell them or swap them for a set out of a 100 series.
Any particular reason why? I know Alan D. has 80 series OME medium lift springs in his 94' " Fort Knox" and they give him almost 6" of lift... I'm not looking for that much.

And I know that I have two stock tall side 80 Series coil in the rear of my 95, they give me about 3.5" of lift with a heavy rear end.

I meant to say the size is different which is why you want the 100 series, or may want to try them since my understanding is they are the right size for you in the same way the 80 series is the right size for me.
