2001-2004 Tundra w/ 3.4L?

2001-2004 Tundra w/ 3.4L?
The early tundras (2001-2004) had a V6 3.4L motor option. Did they put this 3.4L motor in any access cab 4x4 tundras? I'm searching for another truck and I'm finding 3.4L Tundras with access cab, but not with 4x4. The only 4x4s I'm seeing have V8s in them. I'm wondering if they even produced any 4x4 tundras with 3.4L motors?
