My quick look earlier seemed to indicate that Toyota not only doesn't offer a supercharge for the 3.5, but that they are discontinuing super chargers for older models as well.
Magnuson is working on one and is expecting to have it finished in 2018

They have also continued production of the 5vz superchargers. I haven't heard or seen any new ones for the 2uz though. Those are really hard to find complete and in good shape.
