Lafayette, LA needs a solid 22re mechanic
I have a 1986 Toyota Travel Master Savannah motorhome. Its 20ft long and an absolute work of Yota art! It's powered by the 22re and its running really rough. I did a basic tune up, new cap, rotor, plugs and wires. But I think it needs a rebuilt head and might even be worse than that.. I do not have the time or the tools/support to remove the engine myself, and I keep getting quotes of 5 to 6 grand for the work to be done by some unknown mechanic shop[ that doesn't have any Toyotas in their shop.. I'm looking for someone near Lafayette, LA (2 hours west of New Orleans) that can give me an honest quote and does solid work. Please help a brother out!
