3.4 Rebuild in LAS VEGAS??

Hey, 1999 3.4.. 196K. She's gettin a bit weak and I'm considering a rebuild... Anyone trustworthy, skilled and efficient near Las Vegas? I'd happily drive to CA or AZ or UT for the right guy/shop.
