22re builders in WA state?

Hey guys. I'm looking for a good 22re builder in WA state, the closer to Seattle the better, but I can drive anywhere.

I had a good builder lined up in Idaho, but the transportation fell through. So here I'm looking for someone again. My long block is just sitting on the stand waiting to be built.

So any suggestions would be great

I've been tossing around the idea of doing it myself, but because of my work schedule its probably better I have someone else do it

X2 on Sunwest. They've been good to deal with before and after I bought the motor. I would recommend you have them use a factory head gasket over the victor reinz gasket set they use. I got their performance 22RE, about tne best deal I could find and I'm happy with the motor still a 4cyl but nice power band.

Yeah they look pretty good, but I don't really want to spend $1400. I was hoping just to get my block built, because my motor has 127k, my head should be in pretty good shape.

Did you ever find anybody in the Puget Sound Region to work on your 22RE? I'm looking for a mechanic who has a lot of experience with these trucks/engines?
