Should I turn this 2000 4runner into a pickup, or keep it as an SUV?

What would you do with this 2000 4Runner if some one gave it to you for free?
Only 88500 miles on it. Open to all suggestions.

If this were my vehicle, I would save the transmission, engine, wiring, etc. And throw it into another vehicle. That is if you want your ride to be pretty. If you want a strictly off-road vehicle, I would run it as is. Just be sure to make sure the steering and brakes are all in order. Plus, I personally would love to go off-road in those seats. They look so much more comfortable than my old bench seat. Decide what you want out of the vehicle and go from there.
