Wheel and tire question!!

Hey everyone, I have a 2000 4Runner with an OME lift as well as a 1in body lift. I am currently running 295\70\17 Nittos on Tundra 17in wheels with 1in spacers because of back space issues. I am looking to buy new tires and rims and I want to know if they will fit without spacers (not fond of them). I am looking at 17x9 wheels with 4.5" backspace and -12 offset. Frankly this stuff confuses me. I did a bunch of reading and I saw a few Tacomas running the same setup without issue. I will still run 295\70\17 tires. I have no clue if I will have rubbing issues or need the spacers. Anyone running something similar?

Thanks a bunch,
Primo
