What's a good high output alternator for a 2nd Gen?

What's a good high output alternator for a 2nd Gen?
I may not need one but I noticed when I give the truck some rpms my windows roll up faster. I was thinking a high out alternator would help out. Is this completely wrong? When I was younger I competed in the car audio world and the high ouput alternators were a must.
