There is the one inside the spring and then there is this one that fell off. Is it held on by a bolt? Does it have a different name? When I search for "bump stop" all I find are the cone shaped ones inside the spring.

Yes it is bolted on, not sure of the toyota name, but a visit to the dealer will solve that
