Where can I get one for the 98 runner? I found out why my back door doesn't open. The plastic hook attached to the tailgate handle broke off preventing it from pushing down on the latch. I tried ebay and google with no luck. Thanks.

Can you get a pic, I might be able to help you out. Also have you tried the local junkyard or dealer?

 

i know exactly the part you are talking about... try jc whitney, they them.... also, try the dealer if all else fails.... normally when i see them on ebay they are like $12 so even from the dealer it cant be that expensive.....
