steering stabalizer

Do 3rd Gen's have steering stablaizers? If so, who makes a good one?

I don't believe so, since they have rack-and-pinion steering. (But don't quote me)

correct..............rack and pinion = no stabilizer

3rd Gen 4Runner does not has stabilizer for sure, the 2nd Gen does though!!
