ok guys, so I have a 99 runner with Trd charger. Recently it's been throwing error code p0171. I have changed out o2 sensor x2. Also replaced some old cracked vac hoses. The truck will not pass emissions any suggestions? The other day I figured its leaking from a piece on the charger. I will attach pictures of the area. The red circles are both locations of where the leaks are happening. Do you think my vac leaks here are causing the code to trip? Thank in advance guys. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Both area leaks are happening within the the circles.
