What are you driving?

There are some old posts here that show where they are on the 3.0 engine.

Hey,
The PCV is located on the passenger side valve cover. You will have to remove the intake plenum to get to it. I did this about 3 months ago. Not really that bad especially when you have Yotatech members to help you out like I did. When you know what to do, it's a fairly simple process.
Anyhow, if you follow the hose in the pic (the one with the green arrow on it) under the plenum, it will lead you to the PCV. I replaced my PCV hose while I was at it, so yours may not be as long as the one in the picture.

Sorry about the blury pic. It was dark out and I couldn't see where I was aiming the camera.

Well, hope that helps,
DH6twinotter

The hose to my PVC valve just crumbled when I tried to take it off.

Plan on replacing the hose, and a rubber washer that holds the PVC valve in the valve cover.

This maintence repair really gave me an understanding of a lot of the vacuum hoses, cold start valve, and the pair reed valve.

I have a Haynes Manual that also helped with the disassembly
