Parking/signal combo light modification - any out there?

Hey everyone,

I got a TJM not too long ago and have since been driving without front blinkers (no cutouts). I've been wanting to do the parking/signal light combo modification but when I got to it this weekend realized that the 1157 socket is too big. In order to get it to fit in I'd have to first cut away a fin of sorts. does anyone know if there is a smaller bulb/socket that is dual filament?

I *could* do this modification anyway but I'd rather expand my options before I make any permanent changes.

You know, I thought about that the minute I'd finished posting but I'm not sure if that signal would be clear though...especially during the day.

I mean, if I absolutely have to I can always just install sidemarkers or something but this is a really convenient place to have them.
