Wher is the Emissions Control Computer located on the 1995 4Runner? I have discovered that it make no difference how my truck runs when the O2 Sensor wireing harnes is disconnected. The thing is, this is a brand new O2 Sensor. I need to find out if the wires are good from the Computer to the O2 Sensor. Any ideas?

 

Souds like bad wiring for the sensor. The computer is behind the passenger side kick panel (at least on mine it is).
