hey guys thanks for the heads up. check out the link now. i'm kinda flattered that someone would use my picture to sell their product, but i feel violated at the same time.

HAHA.. That updated pic is perfect! Seriously though, how many people will actually see that page through ebay? Those 218 hits are likely a large portion of YT members!

OK, here's a the deal. Sizzle chest rights have been violated by the unauthorized use of his vehicles picture. Sizzle can demand compensation from the seller. This is based on a torte. I say start sending emails demanding payment.

The truck will still show up in those two places b/c the image thief saved the image onto his hard drive and uploaded it w/ the ebay online selling software. However, arse clown created some html and hyperlinked sizzle's pic in the description itself.

Looks like this FOOL is also copying other owner's vehicles too.
OK, here's a little more info ... the seller "webounce" is using
http://mysite.verizon.net/vze7h4c8/s...ilderpictures/
to upload pictures. As you can see his Verizon ID is "vze7h4c8".
At least you can send a nasty email to Verizon demanding copy right material be removed. security@verizon.net
