Sounds like your clutch is slipping by your description, usually if its worn out it slips under heavy load/torque at low RPM's, does it grab at all if you baby it in 3-4th, can you feel resistance when sitting still shifting 3-4th with vehicle off no clutch, if not it may be a busted 3-4 shift fork.. If you think it's a gear or synchro drain check the Trans to start.

i just put in a dual friction clutch. its like it is in neutral when i put it in 3rd or 4th. im pretty sure my clutch isnt slipping because all the other gears dont slip. but i never thought about a shifting fork cause if that broke off i figured i would hear or feel some grinding but it is smooth like everything is normal

Centreforce was abandoned by most DSM racers due to slippage and failures, most use ACT or Bully, perhaps they got better since. I assume you had the flywheel turned properly or replaced with the new clutch, interesting you just replaced the clutch and now it's causing issues.. Pretty hard to have a clutch that is slipping to break free in 1st and 2nd unless it's completely burnt and your pushing a lot of HP/abusing it, usually slips in 3-4-5th under heavy load first. A broken shift fork will usually find a safe spot to sit as it is to large to go far. 3-4th share the same shift fork and hub synchro so sounds like your narrowing it down to the worst possibility unfortunately..
