ok guys..i need some help. last night i parked my rig with the motor on and after a while..it started to make this graggling/hissing/gasping/clunking noise. it wasnt idling weird but it was idling low. when i drove it i didnt sense any change with the motor but just the low idle. anyone have any ideas on what it could be? i checked the oil and it seemed fine along with the coolant level. thanks guys...all my info is in my sig.

 

Fuel filter would cause the low idle and gasping. Bad tank of gas perhaps? I don't know if it would cause the other noises though. Clogged tubes, dirty injectors, spark plugs. Hrmm..that's all that comes to mind right now.

 

Maybe it just loaded up while extended idleing...

 

If it still has this low idle/hiss after driving it to "clean it out" I would suspect a bad vaccume line....
