Help identifying a missing part

Hey everyone, I bought a 98 4runner SR5 a few months back and started having issues with a misfire on cylinder 3. I started digging into things and after changing out the plugs, plug wires, and fuel filter I finally discovered it had a bad injector(they were sent off to witchhunter). When I was putting everything back together I dropped a bolt, crawled under the car to find it and ended up seeing what you see in the picture. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing and what parts I need to buy to fix it?

Looks like part number 48820-AD010

And, you'll need other assorted parts according to the picture from Toyota:

Nice, love all the info here. I ended up going across the street to the local O'Reilly and buying the Moog replacements. The passenger side was still intact but after doing some reading I decided I'd just swap them both out.

After looking around a little under the car it looks like i'll be replacing some bushings in the near future.
