Yes, that 24mm plug is the one. I just replaced my fluid in all gearboxes a couple of days ago. My advice is to use a 24mm 6-point socket when you try to remove it. If it slips and strips, you might have to use an impact wrench to remove it. That was what it took to get the check plug out of my transfer case! Good luck.

I had to use a hammer to break it loose.

Corey,
I had them installed on Friday. I haven't tried the Hi-Lift test yet, but they should hold the weight of the truck (I hope). I placed a 1.5" wide strip of black tread tape on the top of the outer bar, but ran out a foot or so from the rear on the right side-(back to Fred Meyer's). I plan one of the "Basher" or tube bumpers made next month, and one of the rear bumpers with the tire/gas can/high lift/shovel/axe brackets-($800.00) in the near future. I'll take some pics tomorrow and post a link to them.

Cool.
If you get your rear one made first, maybe he can make a template out of it.

I don't really want to go for the tube one in the rear, I'd rather have a plate style made up.
Jeff's a really cool guy to work with.

Keep us informed.
Corey
