front bumper

Has anyone ever had a problem with the chrome on their OE front bumper peeling off?

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Not the bumper but the flat black on my grill has chipped off.

no so far my 02 Taco is perfect.
But my 85 4x4 is messed up.
