I got a 2000 4runner 3.4 ,runs good when cold but after driving and warms up it starts sputtering out of the exaust,the same when it is warm and starting it sputters,it did this about 2 months ago and I replaced the plugs and wires and it went away and now is back,any idea's on the problem will help

 

Im having the same problem how did you fix it?

 

injector failed, they are usually intermittent, but fail after a heat soaking. swap coil and wires to make sure, then order all 3 injectors for the side that is failing, usually #4 misfire for some reason on a 99+
