The climate control on my 99 4-runner has a mind of it's own. Turns on on it's own and then you can't cut it off. Sometimes the push buttons work sometimes they don't. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to replace the unit.

 

Sounds like the unit just needs to be replaced.

 

there's a guy at ebay who can fix it.. you need to send him your controller and he can send you another that has been fixed.
