Bumper Question

Going to re finish my front bumper on the Taco resto project, going to coat the plastic part with rattle can bed liner, I've got is sanded to 100 grit right now and going to go over that with 180, do I need an adhesion promoter before the bed liner?

With paint, yes. I'd say the bedliner stuff tends to adhere to just about anything. After sanding, wipe all of the plastic down with prep spray (Duplicolor, etc.).
