Almost Stalling

Ive Had my 99 4Runner for a while but it has starting acting up in the past few weeks. I will of been driving for a while and it will run fine but twice when I have stopped at a light with the A/C running it starts sputtering and the RPM's drop for a few seconds then goes right back to normal. Anyone know what would cause that?

It's most likely a AT so it could just be the transmission draggin the motor down when you pull up to a light.

I dunno...

Sorry my wisdom was too wise for you...
Kidding.

I only say it because in my Camry, with a AT, if I came to a stop off the freeway to fast, it'd stall out. Most of the time the RPMs would drop really low then come ack up to normal.
