I know the 99 bumper won't work on the 96-98 due to different mounts, but how about just the 99 front valance. Will it work? I know the 99 front valance has the cut-out for the bumper lamps while the 96-98 have it on the bumper., but instead having 2 sets of bumper lamps on both the valance and bumper, I'll leave the bumper lamps on the bumper and maybe put some rectangle driving lights in the location for the bumper lamps on the valance with some fogs in the round cut-outs. How does this sound?
