Are all doors from these years the same? Is there any difference between extra cab doors and regular cab doors for these years? I'm looking for a set of doors for my 2000 and want to make sure I'm looking at correct years. Thanks.

Try calling a dealer to match part numbers if you don't get an answer here. If you REALLY want to make sure, get the VIN of the truck the doors are coming from, and give the dealer (parts department) both VIN's to verify that both trucks take the exact same part number for doors. I've used this method anytime I've pulled major parts from another truck for mine and am unsure of compatibility.
