I would like to know where in the hell are these babies located:
-Knock Sensor
-ECT [engine coolant temperature sensor]
-AIT [air intake temperature sensor]

I am working on a 2001 Tacoma S-Runner, we are putting a turbo [installed] currently in the process of installing the engine management.

Any pictures, diagrams, or pointers would be nice!!
