5vzfe headers?? make power??

i need to replace my exhaust manifolds and i was wondering if anyone has them, and if they made any difference. the stock ones dont seem very restrcitive but i just wanted to see what other people have heard.

and are obx a crappy brand?? i dont like them very much.

The general opinion seems to be that if you have a S/C - the headers will gain you about 10-15 hp to the wheels. I would stay away from OBX - they are cheap but you get what you pay for. The Doug Thorley headers just came out and have had some good reviews..

I that a dyno number or one where you put new headers on drive around a bit and say "wow I feel something I think, that has to be at least 10-15 more hp"?

Besides the power--i just got a set of Doug Thorley headers and they are pretty nice. but then again my heads are getting Weasy2k'ed so i figure i will have more power than stock (230-240 i hope)

I'm not sure if either of these are in English. I assume the O.P. is talking about aftermarket headers, which have been covered here and on customtacos.com extensively.
