3rd member/Clamshell Torque Specs???

Hi all! I've recently received a new 3rd member from east coast gear supply that I am in the middle of installing. I've just been unable to find the torque specs for the 4 bolts that hold the axle shafts in on each side along with the torque specs for the clamshell. If anybody is able to point me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

I've had one or the other axle shafts out more times than I can remember, and have always just snugged the four nuts by feel.

Be careful with the nuts/studs for the third member - they are super easy to shear/snap.
