Anyone has a pic of the 3rd Gen roof without headliner? or anyone has taken their roof headliner off could tell me if there is any cross beams supporting the roof? If there is, do you know how many and where approximately they locate?

Not so much cross beams, i guess, but definately a supported part of the frame behind sunroof, then again behind the back seat?? I can't remember-but i had it pulled down last summer when I dex-damped the roof, floor and panels to sound dampen..I don't have pics either. What are you planning on doing up there?? it really isn't that hard to pull interior panels, just work slow to not snap any clips.
