Check it for rust holes in the frame. If there are any Toyota will buy it back and crush it. See here for more info:

What about the kms 340,000 (210,000 miles) is that too many?

Its says it has been serviced regularly.

price seems a bit steep to me.... but 210,000 miles is not tooooo much (for the right price)
