Wow... what an odd problem. I was driving through a rainstorm just now and after I got into the clear, my speedometer was lagging really bad. I tried stopping and starting and its still very off. What could cause this?

 

How far off are you talking about and what were you comparing it to?

 

Well I can come to a stop and about a second later it will actually fall to zero. The response time of it when I change speeds is very very sluggish and it kind of floats along, not very accurate at all.
