It's been a while. I had a 2000 4Runner Limited a few years back. I traded it off a few years ago. I just purchased a 2013 4Runner Limited. I love it! It is loaded. About 49000 miles. It has the 4.0 and the center differential lock. I don't know much about either. Any words of warning or suggested upgrades would be appreciated.

 

I've got a 2015 4Runner SR5 and just added the Borla cat-back system. I think it sounds great! Kinda feels a bit more punchy too.
