My car hauler project
So I wanted a truck that I could safely flat tow cars/trucks home so I got another project, I think I went a bit overboard though.
Its really clean with almost zero rust and has less then 100k. Got it pretty cheap because it has a bad cylinder, thus the project portion. So now I'm repairing the engine by getting it machined, the other pistons are almost perfect so its nice.

Heres the bad piston:

Trying to decide if I want to reuse the piston rings since the other cylinders look great, especially since the rings are $240 for 5 sets.

So I got the block back from the machine shop. Got it painted up, and all put back together. Ended up with new rings and bearings and one new piston. Also got the truck put all back together now I just need to break the engine in.
